Welcome Rev. Joanne Martindale!

As Pastor David retires, we joyfully welcome Rev. Joanne Martindale to the First Presbyterian Church of Napa to lead us as our Interim Pastor.

Rev. Martindale has always had a passion for the local church and has served as Parish Associate pastor with four Presbyterian congregations totaling 28 years. For the past two and a half years Rev. Martindale has served as the Interim Pastor at the Rockville Presbyterian Fellowship where she fell in love with Interim Ministry. It is with great love and excitement that she joins the team at First Presbyterian Church of Napa.

Rev. Martindale brings a wealth of experiences to our congregation as well as her love for people, God, and ministry. Through all her life, God has been her source of strength, comfort and profound "home." We are excited to welcome Rev. Martindale as we journey together through these challenging times to love and serve God and His people.

Looking for ways to stay connected while social distancing?

Gathering in groups will look different for us, but at the same time we want to stay connected with one another! We'll be adding more groups soon, and we're also interested in hearing from you. Check back here often as we plan for small group gatherings the summer and fall at First Pres. Napa. Email Scott Thomason, Adult Ministry, at scottthomason@hotmail.com  for more info.

Faith and Friendship

Men of all ages are welcome to join on Zoom for Wednesday morning 6:30 a.m. Bible study, prayer, and conversation.

Connect and Create

Our Zoom group is growing! Knitting, crocheting, beading, quilting, coloring and sewing are just a few of the ways we can stay active as we remain at home. Bring your favorite craft and join in on Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. as we visit and create in community with each other. Even if you just want to stop by and say "Hi!"--please do!

Contact Jane Roscoe at janeroscoe@gmail.com to get the zoom link.

Opportunity to Serve

Do you know how to sew, or would like to learn how? Cloth face masks are needed for our community.

Please contact JoAnna Chocooj at dulcesna@gmail.com for supplies and instructions. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated!

Keep in Touch With One Another!

During this time of social distancing it's more important than ever to reach out to those who might be feeling isolated, lonely or hurting. Click on the picture above or HERE to access the church online directory.

Want to be added to our email and print mailing list and online directory? Go HERE.

It’s important to walk with you through the ups and downs of life with others. Share your prayer requests with us, and let us walk with you.

This may look different for different people. You may want someone to pray with you over the phone and offer encouragement. You may need additional resources if quarantined. Whatever it is, please reach out. We want to support you.

We are prepared to meet the needs of our congregation and our community and need your help. Together, we can be the hands and feet of Jesus and bring his love and healing where we live, work, play and learn.

Your faithful support is needed now more than ever as we meet the needs of our church and community. Online giving is available HERE. Any and all contributions are most appreciated!
